Bojangles chicken is also great but since they open early and Popeyes opens at 10am then Popeyes and their biscuits get more of my lunch biz. 

You may already know this - ask for some Cajun Sparkle when you pick your order up at the counter. 

I'm mildly surprised I haven't seen that stuff make an appearance in one of your recipes here...

 It's a bit salty, so I've used it as a finishing rub/seasoning. Made some chix drumsticks on the egg some time back, and sprinkled some on at the end. Kids approved.

A google review would be a great spot for that picture if they blew you off.   The new one in Columbus is clear on the west side and about 45 minutes away, it is a little disappointing because the new concept stores don't sell bone in chicken but I still try to swing in if I am close by for a biscuit.
