Flank Steak and frozen morels

We had some morels from the spring, they were sautéed in butter and frozen. I have to say they were delicious! New potato’s, fresh beans and a delicious flank steak - life is good

Nailed that steak. The first photo belongs as a cover shot for the beef industry magazines and any food porn rag that needs a lead shot and story.Dang-Congrats.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
