First Time Chuck Roast Burnt Ends

Smoked a couple of chuck roasts on the Egg with apple wood at 250F, took about 5 hours to get to the initial target temp of 190F.  Cubed them and added some BBQ sauce and rub, back on the smoker for 2 more hours, waiting for that stuff to caramelize.  Very tasty at this point.
