Keeping the grandkids happy...

Morning All:
We are watching the two youngest grandkids (of 8) for the day & they wanted "Grandpa's Chicken Wings" for lunch...
I brined the wing pieces yesterday & let them dry overnight in the fridge...this morning I used four rubs, clockwise from the left is Chicken Scratch, Dizzy Pig Happy Nancy, DP Raging River & DP Peruvian-ish...24 pieces total...
Just as I went outside to take the wings off the Egg after about 2 hours (started indirect at about 200 & let the temp rise slowly to about 350) it started to rain so I took them off before getting a picture (as the cook didn't want to get soaked)...ready to devour (in the same order on the plate)...
Grandkids were happy (and so was Grandma)!

Way to go, Grandpa. They look happy.
It looks like you are the only one cooking around here, nobody posting any cooks, maybe it's too hot out.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
