I’ve been using the stove gaskets sold here by RRP. But this looks interesting. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks

Ron runs a top flight operation and around here if you don't buy Rutland from him, just keep it quiet He is like the La Cosa Nostra of gaskets.
We argue about a lot of things. Gaskets are not one of them. (I use smokeware nomex), but I would never say that out loud on the forum.Maybe your purpose in life is only to serve as an example for others? - LPL

My gasket is shaped like my mother in laws bum, she was over today working on.the grass in between the bricks, the next thing you know she's doing the downward dog with a bunch of grass in her teeth and all you can think is, her bum is shaped just like your burnt gasket. THATS when you call RRP

You found that inside a bell pepper, took it out, and It's still pointing up like that? Someone needs to deliver that bell pepper to my house right away..

That Rutland BGE gasket is about 3-4x (maybe more) than what @RRP charges. Also, the adhesive on those gaskets tends not to hold up so well over time.

those 3m stick-on rutlands dont hold up, rrp sent me a sample 15 or so years ago and they fell off first cook. rutland started selling them for ceramics more recently, maybe 2 years ago, dont fall for it. they have been around for years and now someone at rutland saw a new market for these
