Speaking of Kickstarter, this looks interesting and cheap. Wonder how it compares with Breville and Ooni Volt.

Not quite sure. Pretty set on getting a wood fired Ooni myself.
However, the price for this...seems illogical. So pleasingly low I cannot get myself to trust this. In addition, Kickstarter, right? This could go nowhere, making it a hard loss of money.
Just my 2 cents, it might come through and actually deliver, but seems too 'good' to be true. -
The price in a Kickstarter intro price. The 12" one will list at around $499.If I hadn't already gotten my Rocbox, I'd be interested. The main caveat I have is that it's only 1,300 watts and that seems a bit low for 90 seconds, especially if the cook opens the oven to rotate the pizza. That's only 4,436 btu/hr, and the front burners on my Bluestar stove are much that.Maybe someone ought to make a pizza oven that goes on a gas stove burner.Somewhere on the Colorado Front Range

How many different small/portable pizza ovens are on the market these days? Fifty? A hundred?“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk
