    My wife took the kids to the park so I slept until 8:30 AM this morning. I feel like a spoiled glutton!

    Headed to spend a little time with my Dad today.  He has been craving burgers the way my mom used to make them.  She would mix ketchup and diced onion into the ground beef and then attempt to get them to stay together on the grill long enough for the outsides to get burnt while the insides were very rare.  

    I have the patties chilling in the freezer, hoping they set up a bit and stick together for me.  Otherwise, we will be eating "maid-rites".
