Pairing gas grill or griddle with XL BGE

I'm building a small outdoor kitchen space for XL BGE.  Looking to pair either a gas grill or a griddle with it.

Any suggestions on which?

I have a built in Blaze Pro Series to pair with my XL. Couldn’t justify the griddle for what we cook mostly. Opted for a stainless flat top add on to my built in side burner. Works great for smash burgers, fajitas, breakfast, pretty much anything without having a dedicated griddle that I just know we won’t use.

I like my 2016 Genesis E330. Its great for hot-and-fast quick cooks, has a side burner for lighting chimneys of coal.

I just gave my Blackstone to my brother and bought this genesis s435 at Costco:

Nothing wrong with the Blackstone, I just wanted a gas grill for quick items, and the griddle insert gives me a 2 in 1.

Love it.  Added a sear burner in place of the regular burner.  Leave it in all the time.  Also have a griddle plate.
