Roast potatoes with brisket dripping … outstanding

We had some dripping from smoking a brisket, SWMBO suggested using it to cook roast potatoes instead of the usual duck fat. She was right … as usual. Of course this means cooking more brisket … shucks. 



Had it with some lovely roast lamb:

    Will have plan for dripping retention when the brisket is finished.  Usually that is not even a thought when "victory has been declared."
    Gotta be a winner. 
    Need that lamb $$ shot as it presents quite well in that photo.  B)
