Wings with White Sauce and with Franks RedHot Wings Sauce

Received a bottle of Bob Gibson's White Sauce, never tried it before.  Decided on Wings two ways.

Prepared the wings thirdeye style, coated with Penzey's BBQ 3000 and into the fridge for a few hours.
Egg at 400, raised CGS grid.

Used a couple of my camera Ulanzi lights for lighting on a GoPro tripod.  Filmed with my DJI Pocket 2 camera.

20 minutes, flip.  20 minutes, sauced both sauces for a couple of minutes.  Took them off the egg and plated with additional sauce.

So Good!

    Thank you!  There was not that much heat reaching the lights as the dome was not open for long.  No damage that I can see.  They also work great during a power outage.  Rechargeable battery via USB C....

    I liked the taste. I looked up recipes on this forum and will make a batch myself and add some heat.  It wasn't very spicy, yet had good flavors.  Thumbs up is my verdict!

    Overall nice cook.  Visually white sauce isn't terribly appealing but it does taste good!
