It's a medium.  And has option upto a 5 year warranty.  Not a spokesperson just a good price.

So, a grill with an 18" cooking surface in the Lifesmart line is a Medium, but a Big Green Egg with the same sized cooking surface is a Large?

I'm not trying to be a jerk, I'm just trying to understand how good that deal is.

It actually reads 18 inch grill.  It doesn't say 18 inch cooking surface.  Standard 4 inch variant makes it a 14 inch cooking surface thus I called it an approximate medium grill.  A medium BGE with same specs and no wheels or nest as pictured below is twice as much or more.  Good deal.

The actual cooking space for a medium is only 12 1/2" in diameter.

No matter how big the cooking grate is, the inside diameter of your ceramic ring is the space that you can cook something.

Don't be fooled, this is just BGE trying to use the largest numbers possible.
