What’s everyone planning on cooking for St. Patty’s Day? I’m not a big fan of “traditional” corned beef, so I tried some smoked corned beef burnt ends. Smoked then braised in Guinness, these little nuggets were fantastic!

I bought a couple of points. I won't cook them until Saturday. Traditional cook, except I will braise it on the egg in dark beer. Looking most forward to the leftover sammiches!Clinton, Iowa

I did a corned beef in the slow cooker on Saturday for 8hrs on low. Braised in beef stock, Guinness, carrots, onion, celery, and seasoned with pickling spices. I threw in some red potatoes for the last hour. Everything was delicious.XL BGE
