Playing with Rotisserie

Garlic herb rub and jerk wings. Two separate cooks. Rotisserie and basket w/ Homemade spacer using 1/2 basket amount of coals. I've been using duck fat which gives excellent crisp. Spray the wings and the basket. These are whole wings. 10 per run.

Wow, those look awesome! I have heard that the basket is hard to clean. Does duck fat spray make it easier?

Three tips. Anybspray especially duck spray will help. Quick soak in hot soapy water in a bucket. Spray with oven cleaner off, put in plastic bag for a while. Rinse. Simple no eeffort. The soak really isn't needed.Columbus, Ohio
