After all my years of searching, I have never even seen a bottle of PVW of any version.   Should be renamed Yeti or Chupacabra.
yetis aren't rare at all, but they are equally overpriced.
     Call it Sasquatch then.

Yetis aren’t overpriced, they Developed the high end cooler marketplace.    They’re not cheap, I get that but you do get what you pay for.

  • I got into whiskey about 6-7 years ago starting with Irish. About 4 years ago I began to get more into bourbon and rye. I never had the desire to chase the pappy or Weller brands. I do enjoy Stagg and have had some pours from friends and at good restaurants and I hope to get a bottle of that sometime. There are many great bourbons out there to experience. If you enjoy the hunt or can afford the secondary prices then enjoy these highly allocated brands. I hope the corruption that surrounds this industry will reduce when supply increases in the coming years
