I made two salsas tonight.

First:

Rick Balyess Roasted Tomatillo salsa.

I saved a cup of each for tomorrow. The family and I ate the rest. Okay, it was mostly me, eating the Tomatillo salsa by the spoonful.

    I enjoy his fire roasted tomatillo salsa with a few more jalas or a wandering habanero or two and extra garlic.
    I will definitely give the smoky ranchero a go.
    Results look great and worthy of straight up consumption as you described.
