The white has some green spots in the middle of it now. Time for concern and wipe with vinegar?
Wipe it, green is ok …. What is your RH?

Set at 77, it fluctuates 75-81

I’d lower it a bit, maybe closer to 70%, not because you’re in the high side of ideal, but if you are developing excessive mold.

Actually ignore me and go with whatever Larry aka @lkapigian suggests.  You may be fine.

LoL , @nolaegghead is correct , you are hovering right there, not to high but you will get more mold there , lower it a bit if you are uncomfortable, worst thing with lower RH is it dries faster and potentially more uneven, highest mine gets is 79-80 …if you do wind up wiping it down with vinegar it will curb it as well

Thanks guys, wiped it down and lowered humidity. I did a quick weigh and looks like i only have a week left before trying. This was an experiment to get things dialed in before a bigger run.
Can one just wipe down every other day and never worry about mold? Or is too much cleaning not good either

I would not worry about wiping it down again, worst case just the spots you are concerned about …. You’ll get to the point where you no longer way things either lol, I just wing it and go by feel… I encourage you to pay close attention to the feel and smell while you are still weighing things, it will give your senses a benchmark, and your senses know best

Wipe it down with vinegar. Wouldn't toss it til I saw black mold or maggots. The maggots are still good eating. Not sure if I can still find that pic. Damn internet recipe lol
