New Years Day beef tenderloin

Did a beef tenderloin on New Years Day. Glanced at the APL recipe before starting. Coated with Guldens then seasoned with Sam's Club Kinder's The Blend (sgp). Put it on raised indirect at 275. Pulled it off at 117 and foiled it. Left the probe in, and watched it climb to 126 before the grill was ready for the sear at 500. Mixed up a concoction (nothing measured) of real maple syrup, honey, and worcestershire sauce. Seared it for 3 or 4 min, turning occasionally while basting. Holy smokes was it delicious. Served with brussel sprouts and the most delicious au gratin dish that my wife makes. Thanks for looking.
