Morning All:
The beef ribs were FANTASTIC...put them on at about 12:20pm...
ready to come off the Egg after 5 hours...
one bone fell out while I was moving them to the plate...
nice smoke ring too...

Beef ribs are a fun cook on the BGE. They look great!I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.

Beef ribs beat their pork cousins every time. The above is why.
Great result right there. Nailed the brisket on a stick.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -

Beef beef rack of ribs is hard to find in my area, supermarkets here usually separate the ribs and butcher shops sell out rather quick.
I agree with lousubcap, they beat pork ribs every time. -

Do y’all remove the membrane or leave it on? I usually try to remove it, but it’s like leather on beef and difficult. Looks great btw!

I have done both. I removed it once and lost the bones while slicing the ribs. So, I usually leave it on and just don't eat it. I like the presentation with the bone intact.Clinton, Iowa
