    I notice in the two recently posted videos there was no moisture content to moisture content comparison.  FWIW-
    Louisville; "indeterminate Jim" here.  Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!

    Ah, but I'm writing an iPhone app that will measure the audio frequency response of my smoke wood hitting a brick floor, to determine, percentage-wise, how tasty my wood will be!
