When you know you made the right decision

I’ve been going back and forth for awhile about changing jobs. My girlfriend and parents have both said I get just plain irritated before going into work.
The other day after some events I reached my fill and turned in my notice …

Well re-check of My BP yesterday (no meds yet)
BP has seriously dropped 30 points on both sides.

Also only 2 of my 5 co-workers have reached out to me. 

Good news also traveled real fast… within 1 hour of turning in my notice I had 3 offers on the table.

Thanks guys. It’s kind of weird situation  I’ve picked up 2 part time jobs but will still be working less than my full time. 
one has much better pay and much much better benefits (except insurance) 
and the other has crazy good health insurance

so I’m essentially working one job just enough to cover the insurance and be closer to home and the other to make up pay difference

Yeah I’d say you definitely made the right move.  Still can be tough to do sometimes though, right? Funny how that goes.

Congrats on making the move. I've been self employed virtually my whole adult life. I tell folks, I wake up unemployed, go to bed unemployed and somewhere in the middle I make a living.......lol

@alaskanassasin Yeap . I’ll be working there and my local ER clinic.
I’ve been flying some but I’ve been picking up a few shifts. Now I’ll drive occasionally
I wish the Texas clinic was closer, but the work environment is awesome there
