Clementine Habanero Hot Sauce

Next lacto fermentation project going. Sounds good in my head.

    It’s sorta like a tangerine I guess.  It’s the “cuties” brand of clementines that are in those bags at Publix. Kids like them.  Easy to peel and no seeds. They weren’t eating them this time so decided to put them to better use and throw them in along with sliced apple, habs with tops cut off, and baby carrots. Smelling good.

    You've already got them in a spigot dispenser, so I'm assuming you'll just use the liquid out of the mix, and not puree it all up first?

    Can't wait to hear how it turns out. Made a lactofermented papaya carrot habanero hot sauce once and it was pretty good, but wondered if it would have been better if I had added the papaya after the fermentation.

    I’ll swoosh it around for a little bit and then nozzle out the amount of brine I’ll need for later and save it. Then nozzle the excess into the sink.
