    What a steak and finish.  If that's a Northforks Ironworks SM Grill from Brooklyn, that is quite an high $$ rig.

    @Mr_D - If you get serious about that type rig, give Lone Starz Grillz a look when shopping.  I finally got off my a$$ after giving it serious thought a couple of years ago and recently took delivery of one of their SM (with argentine grate addition) set-ups.  
    Definitely hands-on even compared to a stick burner but a lot of fun.  FWIW-

    Sorry, not a steak. It's a roast. He did a good job, but calling that a Porterhouse Steak is like me calling the 8# Rib Roast I do at Christmas an 8# Bone-in Ribeye.
