Rib Wings

Seen this video recently and decided to give the method a try. Never been very happy with my ribs in the past so always on the lookout for new techniques (most other people who try my ribs say they are great)
Well, I believe I found the method for me. Easy to prepare, cook and serve. I went with the rub in the video this time, may change that up next time.
Cut the ribs and applied the rub.
On the Egg at 250F. Peach wood.
Final step was to sauce and back on.
Done!
So nice to just serve the ribs, ready to eat, no messy cutting board. Plus, easy to distribute the ribs on the Egg.
They were great!
Thanks

Looks great. I’ve never understood this approach but after seeing your photos I will have to give them a shot. Did you use the toothpick method to know they were done?Large and Small BGECentral, IL

@saluki2007 Went by temperature, had them on about 3 hrs at 250F and pulled at 200F (forgot to go back out and check them sooner) - They game out not dry, I did spray them every 1/2hr as intructed, not sure if that did anything.Dave
