    I'm buying one of these way overbuilt copper pots. Due to the $USD strength and Turkey's terrible economy, they are really reasonably priced right now.

    And sure to last a couple lifetimes! The silver interior liner is an actual plate of sliver and not just a coating and as such doesn't require maintenance like tin or unlined copper pots. And the heat distribution is incredible compared to Stainless or Cast Iron. Great for making sauces.
