My wife has an ortho appt at HSS early tomorrow morning so we came down this evening and decided to visit Gallagher’s. 

The dry-aging room is a thing of beauty:

    For an app we had the pineapple chipotle pork belly bites - amazing. The boss had the petite filet, and I went with the ribeye. Second best steak I’ve ever had next to one from Tom Colicchio’s (spelling?) Craftsteak went it was open at one of the local casinos.

    Is it open on Mondays? My wife's appointment is in December. Our current plan is to hit Dirt Candy on Tuesday, so I'll need some meat beforehand.
