Don't you hate when two weeks ago you said sure no problem, I should be able too. Then the day arrives and you have to drag your self out in the rain. Fun times egg adventures.

Great colour (nod) right there. As long as you nailed the finish then your guests are in for a real banquet. Great cook. And as always, top shelf photos.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

How’d the cherry habanero glaze turn out, @jdMyers ? Did you get to taste these at all?"I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Thanks for the comments. My first opinion before ever using, that the rib glazes, they were just thick jelly like sugar syrups. However, as a glaze not a sauce. They give great color. It's not super sweet or spicy. I tasted them fresh off the grill. Very good, i really like iI.. i cut em up and put them in a pan.
The folks I cooked for put them in the oven on keep warm about 200 for ever until they ate. I noticed the glaze melted within and they were still very good. But had the appearance of needing bbq sauce. So I think if they are ate soon perfect. If delayed or reheated. Tendancy ro want to use bbq sauce. Everyone loved them they said.
I also realize I don't cook ribs to ultra dark color like most. Once I get the perfect color I foil to done enuff to fold but not break or fall off the bone. I like the one bite slight pull.Columbus, Ohio
