    Hey, @Griffin, they're talking about Chef's Table: Pizza on Netflix. There have been several other themed Chef's Table series on Netflix and all of them were very well done. You learn techniques, ideas, and all about the passionate chefs that they feature on each episode in each series.

    Watched episode 1.  I got stuck in a long layover in Phoenix one day on a trip back from Cali.  Decided to grab a taxi over to Pizzeria Bianco - I’d heard about it for years, but never thought I’d get to Arizona.  It’s kind of in a strange spot in the city, but we were able to get seats and grab a couple of pies. Great stuff.
