    I get Porter Road offerings and sales via email protein alerts.  Their price point and quality are worth it when you find what you want.  
    @4TheGrillOfIt - give it a go, but I went down that specific buy/cook and won't venture there again.  You can do much better with pork belly but I did check the box.  FWIW-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

    Ah, anything you’d do differently on that cook to improve the outcome?  For the price it seemed worth the experiment.  My man over at Mojo made it look pretty good.

    It's been several months but I recall it was a small brisket (as expected) with very little point.  It took a long time to reach the feel.  Below is the thread that got me on it.  I generally followed the linked youtube video. Sorry for not much more.
