Been too long since I egged a slab of pork steak! Thanks to your recent post I just had to!

Here is a 1# slab for the two of us (PLUS so much of it that my wife will share with our Westie...)


That was wetted and then hit with coarse kosher salt, freshly ground pepper and some DP Raging River,

I had already filled our bowls with some of our favorite Summer time veggie mix called " Fire and Ice"



Then the slab of pork went on to my HOT 550º small BGE for a 6 minute flip flip flip flip!
