New gasket on the minimax came out great after I finally had time to get around to it. Went ahead and upgraded the thermometer for fun as well. Looking forward to taking it to the lake this weekend for Labor Day . How does one post pictures without them turned to the left??

    Some say if you take the photo with your phone sideways it works every time. Or you can make a slight edit to a photo you've already taken, such as crop the photo slightly.
