Found a package of pork steaks in the dead meat sale bin.
Came out pretty good. Could have cooked a little longer. I seasoned a couple hours early and into fridge. Next time I will season them right before they go on the grill.

How was the Kinder's rub?
Prepping them ahead of time and resting in the fridge just leached all the rub off. So it was very mild. A buddy in MN said he really likes it. Sam’s Club has all their flavors at a great price.
I bought a 2 pack of BB ribs that I will cook tomorrow or Monday. Will add the rub heavy just before going on grill this time. I expect it to be really good.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas
