    Man, that looks really awesome!  I don't think I could have 3/4's of the stuff you have out due to our crappy environment here.   Everything would be covered in dirt.  The joys of living in west Texas.

    Consider some of the smaller pizza Ovens.  Affordable and fun.  Doesn't have to be a full scale.

     I have wood fired.  I have a semi larger one.  An alfa 4 pizze.  I absolutely love it.  It's like  the egg/Joe, the thrill of the cook.   I built my out door setup and have gas burner, gas grill etc but stayed wood on the pizza oven.  Seen lots of pellet versions.  Mine supposedly can do 4 pies at a time with room for the fire inside.  But they cook in 90 seconds to 2 minutes so no need to fight 4 pies at once.  The smaller oonies are just big enuff for a 11 inch pie.  Hard to cook other foods.  Hope it helps
