I've been watching BBQ USA and I observed some teams injecting their pork ribs.
I have a bottle of injection that's probably to old to use (from a team that won my hometown KCBS contests 3
out of 4 years) >Smoke On Wheels.  
What do you use fork pork injection?

    It’s great for a one bite experience like in a comp, but for me a bit much for backyard ribs…can be overwhelming… that being said, if you struggle with ribs, it’s a great crutch

    I use Blues Hog bbq sauces and marinades (injection) for everything nowadays.  Neighbor does comps on several states, and got me hooked on their products.  He said most of the winning teams use Blues Hog products.
