Pizza w/Trader Joe's dough ball

Hey guys, It's been a very long time since I've posted and figured this was a good opportunity to get back to the forum.

I made this pizza using Trader Joe's dough and came out absolutely awesome! My pizza stone is a 16" Primo that fits perfect on top of my plate-setter while using the three little green feet to create the air gap. I rolled the pizza dough out to 15 inches and the results were a perfect thin crust exactly like I was shooting for. 

Cooked at 475* dome temp.

Pizza topped using all items purchased from Trader Joe's. TJ pizza sauce, TJ shredded mozzarella, TJ meatballs, gourmet pepperoni, Fresh mushrooms, black olives and green olives.
