Morning All:
This time it is salmon, corn on the cob & rice...for the salmon first was a light layer of Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head, then a heavier layer of DP Raging River...the salmon was basted with a maple syrup & melted butter mixture...grilled direct raised grid at about 400 dome temp...the corn had gone on first for about 10 minutes & that was basted with melted butter with some DP Shaking the Tree...there is one ear of bi-color (in the back) & two ears of white (no yellow available)...just about ready to come off...
The third favorite (not done on the Egg) was some rice, coconut/ginger this time...my plate along with a glass of sweet tea...
I guess we have a lot of favorites!
