Just ribs & Sausages

Just the fun of it.  Cajun sausages and hot dogs, ribs no.foils or wraps, just straight indirect on the grate 270ish for 3 hours, pineapple juice in a drip tray.  Spritz with I can't believe it's not butter.  Let cool, then back on.  One slab with meat church varnish, which is darn good, the other with G. Hughes sugar free sweet n spicy, also pretty good.   On about 45 min to heat up and cook the sauce.   Picked up can fold without tearing.  Single chew bite pulls from the bone with perfection.  Had fun with this one.
