Martin's is a very well known brand. Unfortunately it's not available in my area, but I find Arnold's brand an acceptable alternative.

Side note - Kenji & Tom Colicchio are boycotting Martin's due to political reasons.

Never heard of those people, @SonVolt  lol I’m old and decrepit and only watch Mickey Mouse, Willy Wonka, Polar Express (“choo choo train”) and spidey these days. Haven’t caught up on the news. Probably need to.

Collards and rutabagas in the pressure cooker right now. Started them with salted pork and onions, then chicken broth. One of my favorites my Ma made from childhood. Probably a regional thing. Rutabagas are a beast to chop up.

I second these. Can't wait for the tomato harvest for this very meal.

I dig how you do bacon, with just a light topping of sliders on it.

Kidding. Those look good! Just found Martin’s a few months ago, and we really like it.

    Good to see ya back.

I love me some collard greens. Can’t say that I’ve ever had rutabagas.

Give them a shot. Like a tastier carrot. Just gotta add some salted pork to them IMO
