I have retired from cooking after last night

I have done it after thousands of pounds of charcoal ran thru my egg last night could never be topped again. The best cowboy ribeye of my life. So I have officially retired. Who is going to cook for me now? Lol

    Going out on that banquet would be a fine gesture but you know you want to replicate it.  Great cook.  Nailed that $$ shot as well.

    We all know, the itch that can’t be scratched to a standstill will persist. It may be quiet for the moment, but it rear it’s ugly head. Maybe you will smell a little smoke as you stop at a red light from the local Q. Maybe someone in the neighborhood will light some lump. Either way, be prepared. Looks killer I’m jealous.

    Hah was in lowes earlier and 2 guys were talking about there knockoff eggs and how they love cowboy lump coal... I about gagged. I laughed and told them what I use. They are like that is 27 dollars a bag. I am like yup and I run thru a bag a week roughly lol

    I was 210 hours thru first play thru on it. Then I rushed the NG 1 in about 25 hrs to catch up to a buddy to help him. It is pretty awesome.
