I cook pulled pork and froze it. The freezer got turned off and over 2 days the pork got to 46 degrees. Can I still serve it to my family?

The conservative guidelines are 40*F-140*F for no more than two hours (once upon a time I thought I read 4 hrs) but I would not chance it.  The upside of saving a few $$ vs the downside of wondering about the outcome or worse, food poisoning is not worth it from my perspective.  But just an opinion-no doctor or dietary specialist here.
    Tough break right there.

    I agree with @lousubcap .

Funny story.  I had a guy I worked with face a similar, but different, dilemma.  He was going camping with the family over the holiday (July 4th) weekend.  His awning on his camper had a loose screw, so he grabbed his cordless drill and attempted to tighten the screw before they left.  Dead battery.  He handed the drill to his kid and said "Go plug that battery in and bring me a Phillips screwdriver."  The kid unplugged the chest freezer in the garage and plugged the battery charger in and put the charger on top of the freezer.

When the family returned from camping, a week later, my co-worker noticed the battery charger on top of the freezer in the 85°F garage and thought, "I wonder what that other cord is laying across the top of the freezer?"

He didn't wonder whether he should eat what remained in the freezer, he wondered how he could dispose of a freezer full of spoiled meat.  Interestingly, his home-owner's covered it after his deductible.  The adjuster didn't even ask him to let him see inside....

If the pork got up to 46 deg, toss it.  If the interior of fridge was 46 when you caught it, and pork was freezer packed, stored under other frozen items and still frozen when you found it, it is probably fine.

I had a GFCI trip on a circuit I had a basement freezer on.  I noticed it when the "blood" (hemoglobin and other liquids) started pooling below the freezer.  I donated all the meat to a guy who raised some special mountain sheep dog and they only ate raw meat.  You may consider calling around or checking craigslist.  Some of these places posts asking for raw meat.
