First Time Beef Ribs

I had a bunch of ribs from our annual cow, and decided to try them on the BGE.

I trimmed a lot of fat, removed the membrane, dusted them with rub and smoked them over pecan at 250F for 4 hours.  I them placed them in a tin with some homemade beer, sealed them and let them braise for 1 1/2 hours.  Very tasty, big beef flavor and tender.  Worth another try!
