Those look great! It also looks like you found a spot for your eggs!

Nice lookin links. Richard’s makes great “production” links that are sold in many grocers. Hand made links are far superior and can be had from 100’s of purveyors in Louisiana mainly on I-10. Lafayette is smack in the middle of the boudin corridor. We like our boudin…..a lot

Richards on the grill is pretty good.  Nothing beats a good link of boudin, except maybe a good cracklin.  There aint nothing like picking up a pound of nice and warm fresh cracklin and the failure to resist the temptation of opening that warm bag to eat a couple before you get to your destination.  Ya'll know....
The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.

I’m not from there but run through Scott often.   Don’s and Best Stop are my usual haunts for simplicity’s sake.

Richards is a sausage maker. Don’s, The Best Stop, Billy’s, NuNu’s and Borques are the go to stops in the boudin game.

Good list but you left out Kartchner's in Scott. IMO the best in the entire area. https://www.kartchnersinscott.com/ . Give them a try next time you pass through the area

Have only had Kartchners at the original location in Krotz Springs. Forget about them being in Scott and now Lafayette

Well his survey is back, said it wasn't bad but prefers Billy's or NuNu's.    I'll try to stop in next time I'm through those parts.

I'm so glad my cataracts are fixed. I'm pretty sure I would have read that as ..

"Well, his survey is back, he prefers willy's or nuts, I'll try to stop in next time I'm through his pants"

I'm so glad that I can see more clearly now, imagine if I responded to you with something like that on the forum. That would have been awful. Burn this after you read it, nobody else can know...

@RajunCajun - Around here in the GWN, when we simply say “boudin”, it means blood pudding.  “Boudin blanc” (white boudin) is uncommon.
