I did some baby backs. We had corn, green beans, mac and cheese, tomatoes, washed down with a couple Arnold Palmers. For desert watermelon sprinkled with Sid’s sure shot gunpowder. It was awesome. Going to take a nap before I start on the brisket tonight.

You are really getting after it.  Ribs look great and the brisket will be the closer.

I have just ground up fresh peppercorns for the rub, I will be prepping in a couple hours. Tomorrow is going to be great. I just found out I have 3 more in the freezer.

the SRF black is my favorite, thus far. It is going in.

Thank you for the kind words.

@YukonRon - I may be old and mentally challenged but I will never succumb to the following, unless a play to acquire more:   :D

I really need to pay more attention to what I have before ordering from SRF during their 20% off sale.

I will cook them. I have some charity cooks coming up, and these will disappear.
