Finally decent weather in CT and I decided to try one before Memorial Day weekend gets here.  Been going since 6am and I just hit the stall at 164, almost done with the bottle of champagne (mimosas) and about to switch to beer.  Life is good!

The start looked so promising I was waiting for the finished pics...

Sorry guys!  Once it was ready and the animals were ready to eat I lost track and forgot to post pics!!  It came out amazing and what was left I took for lunch to work 4 days in a row!

I think I’m doing a pork butt tomorrow!
