Getting ready to make some bacon from a SRF belly. Just finished a cherry smoked, black pepper bacon in the last one. I would love to hear some curing and smoking combinations you have tried that you have enjoyed. Thanks

The maple bacon recipe on AmazingRibs.com is really pretty good. I’ve done that a couple of times.
