Egg indirect, high heat 400° - 425°
Lump charcoal only
Make sure there is no smoke at all, it must be completely clear.
After the smoke clears, preheat a cast iron skillet or baking pan for 8ish minutes.
Remove the pan and add 3 tbsp of real butter. Let the butter melt, and swish it around so it comes up the sides of the pan.
Pour in the batter and bake for 20 minutes. Check the bottom at 20 minutes, looking for golden brown. Bake for 5 more minutes if the top is not yet browning.
Add chopped bananas, Nutella drizzle, and confectioner's sugar.
Batter:
3 eggs (room temperature)
2/3 cup milk (room temperature)
3/4 cup of flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Blend the batter thoroughly. It should be very liquified.
Nutella Drizzle:
Add 3 tbsp of Nutella and 1 tbsp of milk to microwave safe dish
Microwave for 25 seconds
Stir / and add milk until it's your preferred consistency.
