Rubbed with Dizzy Pig Spicy Dizzy Dust, indirect at 225 on an inverted v-rack for 3 hours spritzing every hour.  Bumped to 250 for another 90 minutes.  Bumped to 275 with a glaze of peach preserves infused sauce for 20 minutes.  Meanwhile made some Jalapeno cornbread on the Small. 

It was fun to go back to my roots of following the original forum over 10 years ago, for this cook.  No controller, no wrap, back to the basics....
