OT: where to donate new printer cartridges: OT

See? I told you it was Off Topic!

Just had to buy a new computer printer and unfortunately to me I had a nice supply of ink cartridges…which will no longer work in my now worthless printer! 

Rather than throw these new cartridges in the trash does anyone have an address where I can send them? I’m not looking for some tax write off…just somewhere they can be used or sold to benefit somebody, somehow, someway!

I was just in a similar situation, in January.  I put ‘em up for sale on eBay with all 5 of them in one listing.  Surprisingly, I had several very active bidders and the final selling price plus shipping was 5-10 dollars more than it would’ve cost to just go buy them from the store. I couldn’t believe it.

This confirms what I have always believed. There are many people out there that have more dollars than sense.
