Butts done...

Morning All:

I ended up wrapping the butts after about 5 hours...then another 3.5 hours (dome temp about 370) before shutting down the Egg & leaving them in the cooling Egg for another couple hours...here are both after removing from the Egg...


and...


Two large bowls full after pulling the meat...


We each had a large sammie for dinner (plus ate some while pulling it such that we were able to vac-seal 9 bags of 3 cups each & one bag of 2.5 cups...


This should keep us for a few weeks (I hope).
