Just put on two pork butts, each 8 to 9 pounds...butt on the left has Heath Riles Honey rub first then a layer of 4Rivers Coffee rub...butt on the right has Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ rub first then a layer of VooDoo Chef Dirt...using some Hickory chunks for smoke...expect to have some Eggcellent pulled pork just in time for the Super Bowl.
