    Yup, I mixed a little shred cheese in with thawed tots, heavy chorizo then more cheese & little s&p and holy voodoo on top of egg, avocado, green onion & hot sauce nice . . Key is timing bc you need your egg yolk still gooey.

    Sam the Cooking Guy did something similar, but in a CI frypan for four.  Its one of my "go-to" breakfasts.
